The lounge area consists of two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, inviting you to relax after a day by the seaside. Nearby, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 3 people to share your meals. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.



On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190).



A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



A parking space is available in a garage in the basement of the building, capable of accommodating a medium-sized car (4x4 impossible given the parking height of 1m80).



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine with a drying function, an iron and an ironing board.
