The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is ideally located between Berlin and the Werbellinsee and thus offers you a relaxing vacation all year round in the green north of Brandenburg between water and meadow.

The vacation home is bright and designed in Scandinavian style. The modern furnishings as well as the many wood contribute greatly to the coziness.



As a special feature, this house has its own boat dock. You can bring your boat here and start your excursions right from the front door.



The galleried second floor offers a beautiful view due to the large panoramic windows that stretch from the floor to the roof. So you can enjoy the unique view of the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle of the harbor from different corners of the house.



On the open terrace you will find garden furniture as well as a barbecue, so you can enjoy outdoor meals together.



If the weather doesn't cooperate, an X Box 360 including games is available in the house.



Even in the winter months, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor it is also wonderful to relax. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.
