Townhouse, traditional with charm located in the heart of the Brenne and located in the city centre of Rosnay ideal for an unforgettable stay in the land of a thousand ponds as a couple, family or friends, a backyard not overlooked for life of 80m2 is at your disposal equipped with a barbecue tables and chairs, you are located in the centre of the PNR of the Brenne with of course many hiking trails, ponds for the, fishing and also the observation of wild fauna and flora, a few kilometres away is the Basse de Loisirs BelleBouche and the Nature Reserve of the Haute Touche, on site a Bar Restaurant, bread machine and a pizza machine access to the house is by a staircase on the 1st floor free parking at 20m.
