Au coeur du massif du Sancy, notre appartement de 30m² vient d'être entièrement rénové à neuf. Il est au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble. Ce nid douillet situé dans une rue calme au milieu de La Bourboule est à 100m du 1er commerce et à 300m des Thermes. Le parc "fenestre" de 12 ha, régal des petits pour ses attractions et des grands pour ses promenades au est à 500m de l'immeuble. Les restaurants, fromageries, piscine, casino et supermarchés sont également accessibles à pied au sein du village.
Entrée avec grand placard, porte-manteaux, aspirateur.
Cuisine tout équipée avec micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, table de cuisson induction et frigidaire mixte congélateur.
Salon avec canapé convertible BZ grand confort et grand téléviseur.
Salle de bain avec lavabo, lave-linge et grande douche de 100x80.
