NEW Downtown 3 Level Modern Condo w/Skyline Views Unit E
Located in the heart of Midtown, OKC’s most desirable district. There’s a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques steps from the front door. The modern condo was constructed in 2020 and has been nominated for a ULI award (an award for architectural achievement). It has 2 spacious, private balconies with perfect views of the OKC skyline. The condo has a clean, sleek design and is fully outfitted for short term or long term stays.
The space
You will have private access to all 3 levels of this modern condo. When you enter on the ground level, you'll take a flight of stairs up to the main level where there’s a full kitchen, living area, balcony, full bathroom w/shower, and small private bedroom with full sized bed. Another set of stairs will take you to the open concept primary suite with a large balcony, work space, king bed, half bath, and washer & dryer. There are large smart TVs in the living area and primary suite.
Guest access
There is almost always a free place to park on the street in front of the building, or there are private parking spots on the north side of the building. The walkability of the condo is absolutely excellent. There are plenty of bikes or scooters to rent nearby. There’s also a pickup site for the trolley a block away from the condo which can take you anywhere in Downtown OKC.
Other things to note
There’s a beautiful open lawn directly next to the property where you can take dogs. Please be sure to keep your dogs leashed and clean up after them!
The street is eclectic. Most surrounding properties are well-maintained and renovated with the exception of one building across the street. It's the “last hold out” in terms of the street’s renovation and improvement. It is a substance-free living facility and the residents are kind, respectful, and live harmoniously amongst the other great residents on the street.
There is some noise from traffic and nearby nightlife, especially on the weekends. A white noise sound machine is offered in the master suite.
The primary suite is on its own level. There is an entire staircase that separates it from the rest of the house, but there is not a door that closes it off. The small bedroom, however, has a lockable door.
The building was designed with large windows to accentuate the views and natural light. Because the windows are an architectural feature, we’ve chosen to leave the them unobstructed in the living area. However, for your privacy and to help you sleep in the mornings, there are curtains in both bedrooms.
There are exterior lights outside one of the large living room windows highlighting the building’s architecture at night. These are photocell lights so they will automatically come on when it’s dark and turn off in the daylight.
