This home is located in the exclusive Long Ridge Subdivision just steps from the Hodges Canyon trailhead. You can hike, mountain bike, 4 wheel, or snowmobile up the canyon right from the house. Bear Lake Life 365 is conveniently located minutes away from several different beaches, golfing, hiking trails, Beaver Mountain, and the Garden City bike trail, making it perfect for groups who like to get outside! Alternate your days between hanging out at the beach, hiking/biking up Hodges Canyon, or just relaxing at home enjoying the spectacular view while the kids play in the play set, run in the yard, play pickle ball, soak in the hot tub, play basketball, or have ping pong and air hockey tournaments.

Under the deck patio: Bullfrog Hot Tub and ski swing. Watch the sunrise on the huge deck overlooking the lake and the beautifully landscaped yard or while soaking in the hot tub. If you are traveling with children, this is a wonderful place for them to run and play while you relax and keep watch from the deck or the comfortable furniture on the patio. The backyard features a lifetime play set, climbing dome, airplane teeter totter and a smokeless fire pit.

This property features 2 living areas, a small loft area upstairs, 2 fireplaces, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with 12 foot island and double oven. As you gather for dinner sit at the island and chat or sit back and relax with the 65 inch smart flatscreen TV in one of the three viewing areas. The central A/C will keep you cool when you return from a hot day hiking or playing at the beach. This property does have a doorbell camera and a garage door opener camera to help us with security for the property.

When you're ready for bed, no need to fight over who gets the "good room"! There are 7 bedrooms with KING size beds that are beautifully styled and extremely functional. Each located close to one of the five bathrooms in the house. This property features two primary suites with attached bathrooms. One is on the main floor and one is downstairs.

There is a pack n' play available for use and toys for small children and children’s books for nightly story time. The house is stocked with board games and puzzles for hours of fun.

Keep towels, linens, and swimsuits clean throughout your stay with the washer and dryer located just off of the kitchen.

There is an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage for your use as well.

2 stand up paddle boards and a lifetime kayak are available for your use during your stay.

There is also a smokeless fire pit just off of the deck for you to hang out in the evenings or bring some hot dogs/s'mores for a fun dinner. *Please bring your own firewood.

To ensure the safety of both guest and property, we’ve installed exterior security cameras located on the garage door opener and the front door bell. These cameras are actively recording the driveway/opening of the garage and the front porch as well as sound. We are notified whenever there is excessive use of any entrance to the property and will briefly monitor to ensure that both property and our guests & neighbors are safe and secure. Any tampering or otherwise intentionally disabling of our security equipment and/or wifi including, but not limited to guest repositioning, covering, or unplugging of this equipment may be immediate grounds for eviction of our guests with a forfeiture of guest rights to use the property with absolutely no refund to the guest for remaining night(s) stay including the possibility of loss of guest deposit for any and all damages to the property, including interior and exterior damages, in the event that the guest has violated house and safety rules. The Neighborhood:

Located just 1.5 miles from the closest public beach and about 10 minutes from Rendezvous beach.

The hiker/snowmobiler/ATVer will love the close proximity to the Hodges Canyon Trailhead. No need to even get in your car. You can hike/snowmobile/ATV right from the house. The road to the Hodges Canyon trailhead is just a few hundred yards from the driveway. The city has also recently opened up the trailhead parking lot for overnight overflow parking for our neighborhood!

The golfers of the group will be pleased with the short 6 minute drive to Bear Lake golf course, which is only 1 out of the 3 golf courses in the area. Book a tee time and show off your putting skills to your family and friends.

Hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort which is a short 24 minute drive away, or if your new to winter sports check out the local tubing spots for some family shenanigans! Also enjoy the Beaver Mountain music festival in mid August for a taste of the local music scene.
