THE SPACE:

This true ski-in/ski-out condo is located in the highly desirable H Building of Kettlebrook, directly on Bull Run Trail, with unbeatable on-mountain access. Ski a short distance to the A/B Quad Lift at the Clocktower Base Area and ski directly back to the condo - no shuttles or hauling gear from the resort parking lot.

The Waffle Cabin is nearby for an easy mid-day stop, or pop inside the condo to warm up for lunch. After a full day on the slopes, enjoy a family dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, then relax with board games by the cozy wood-burning fireplace.

Ludlow village dining and shops are approx. 1.5 miles away.

AMENITIES INCLUDED: Linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

*This is a second floor and two-level loft condo; stairs are required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
*PARKING: Parking for 2 vehicles only is provided; additional vehicles cannot be accomodated.

Why they chose this property

We chose this Kettlebrook location for its true ski-in/ski-out access and peaceful mountainside setting. Being directly on Bull Run Trail means we can step outside and ski whenever it works for our family, whether that’s first tracks in the morning or a quick break back at the condo for lunch.

What we love most is how quiet and residential it feels while still being incredibly convenient. You’re close to the Clocktower Base Area, ski school, and on-mountain dining, yet removed from the crowds. It’s the kind of place where families can relax, reconnect, and enjoy the mountain at their own pace, with Ludlow’s restaurants and shops just a short drive away.
