Spend a relaxing and restful vacation in the picturesque village of Premuda on the island of the same name. The comfortable and detached family house is located in unspoiled nature, just a few minutes walk from the beach. On the first floor there is the living area with kitchen, toilet and a covered outdoor terrace. On the second floor there are four bedrooms with a terrace and two bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands and a unique sunset on the spacious terrace. There are three parking spaces available on the property . The homeowner lives on the property in a small building next door. Restaurants and stores are only about 5 minutes walk away.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2026. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
