The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and water kettle.



Three cozy rooms guarantee a restful sleep, with a recently renovated bathroom in the house and another outdoor bathroom near the pool. One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, perfect for groups or families.

Just perfect! Beautiful setting and gardens, amazing pool area, lovely outdoor seating with the additional bonus of bbq area. The property was very clean, great facilities. We made it about 1.8 km from Pollensa Town - which was gorgeous. Great base and highly recommend this property for a visit. We even got cooked a delicious paella by the owner. The photos on the website don't do it justice we had such a relaxing holiday.

A lovely week spent at the villa, the photos really don’t do it justice - highly recommended

The villa is beautiful...Not sure where to start. The pool was perfect, the children spent most of the week making the most of it, the views from the pool and the rest of the outside area are wonderful. The BBQ area is bigger than the actual kitchen!, So many different seating areas to relax in and enjoy the stunning scenery, one of the most peaceful places we have stayed in. Inside the villa we had everything we needed and the A/C in the bedrooms was very much needed and welcome. Pollencęa itself is a 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, not the easiest of walks but plenty of local taxis in the town to get you home after enjoying one of the many restaurants in the old town square. The Port of Pollencęa is a ten minute cab journey and again, some wonderful restaurants to enjoy an evening meal by the sea. The owner popped by a couple of times and was very keen to make sure everything was okay. Would highly recommend hiring a car as the island has so many beutiful beaches to enjoy, Fromenta and Alcúdia are both worth a trip. Overall 10/10, if you’re looking for a villa in the area look no further as you have found it!

Super schöne Finka mit allem was man braucht!

Die Finca befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie ist traditionell eingerichtet und bietet großzügige, klimatisierte Zimmer. Die Badezimmer sind modern und frisch renoviert, die Innenküche ist hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight ist jedoch der Außenbereich: Der liebevoll gepflegte Garten, der großzügige und geschützte Poolbereich sowie die perfekt ausgestattete Außenküche mit Grill, Waschbecken, Tresen und eleganten Arbeitsflächen aus Stein schaffen ein einmaliges Ambiente. Direkt angeschlossen befindet sich ein weitläufiger, überdachter Ess- und Loungebereich, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Hier verbinden sich Komfort, Privatsphäre und mediterranes Flair – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Mückengitter an alle Fenster. Einen 2. Kühlschrank für zum Beispiel Getränke. Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,20m breit da muss definitiv ein größeres rein :) Eine gemütlichere größere Lounge zum draußen sitzen unter dem überdachten Bereich.

Familienurlaub

Eine wunderschöne Finca, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Vom liebevoll angelegten Garten über den herrlichen Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Sensationell der Außenbereich mit Grill und Sitzlounge. Der Innenbereich mit 3 Schlafzimmern davon 1 mit WC und Dusche, sowie einem großem Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und Dusche ist für 6 Personen sehr geräumig und der Wohnbereich im mallorquinischen Stil ansprechend und rustikal eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und man findet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Ein großer Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Umgebung und man kommt sofort in den Entspannungsmodus. Die Gastgeber Guillem und Antonia sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Prachtige plek

prachtige plek, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aardige verhuurder. Fijn zwembad. Enige nadeel is dat er nog flink veel elektriciteitskosten bijkomen vanwege de airco,s die alleen in de nacht werden verbruikt. Ik zou dat als top geven om dit inclusief de verhuurprijs te doen zodat je niet achteraf voor onaangename verrassingen komt te staan

Schöne Finca mit super netten Gastgeber

Guillem ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgeschieden mit einem gepflegten Garten, super Pool, überdachter Terrasse, Aussenküche, Tischtennisplatte. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Garten

Liebevoll dekorierte und gut ausgestattete Villa mit einem tollen Garten. Es hat alles gut geklappt, lediglich für die Anfahrt empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen mit genug Bodenfreiheit, die letzten Meter zur Villa sind ziemlich Offroad. Die Einrichtung innen ist rustikal aber charmant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Pollenca. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell am Strand und in den Bergen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Gemütliches Haus mit allem was man braucht. Ein Highlight ist das neue Bad mit Doppeldusche. Der Garten ist sehr schon angelegt und der Platz in der Sonne am Pool perfekt. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit, vielen Dank!
