This 55 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a traditional Nice building, offers a bright and functional setting, ideal for a stay with family, friends, or for a business trip.



The spacious and welcoming living area features a comfortable lounge with television, as well as a dining space where you can enjoy your meals together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, stovetop, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook.



The apartment offers two pleasant bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and storage space, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.



The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience during longer stays.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.



Keys must be collected from a partner shop located a short walk from the apartment. Please make sure your arrival time allows you to pick up the keys before the shop closes (10:30 PM Monday to Saturday and 10:00 PM on Sunday).



Street parking is available around the apartment (paid, subject to availability).

Located in the city center, the apartment allows you to easily enjoy the atmosphere of Nice and many points of interest within walking distance.



Nice train station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to Monaco, Cannes, or Italy. Bus stops are located just 100 meters away.



The seafront and the famous Promenade des Anglais can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
