Apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends.



Located in the immediate vicinity of the fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne, you can do everything on foot!

Pleasant and functional apartment offering:



A large, bright living room with two double sofa beds, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table and chairs.



A semi-open kitchen, well equipped: oven, microwave, filter coffee maker + Senso machine.



🛏️ Night side:



A bedroom located in the entrance alcove, equipped with a single bed, offering an independent sleeping space.



The two double sofa beds allow comfortable sleeping in the main room.



🛁 Bathroom:



Bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a hair dryer.



Separate toilets.



🚗 Parking



Free parking at VINCI car park during the months of June, July and August (access card available in the accommodation).

Paid parking on surrounding streets and free parking at Sablière car park.

A free shuttle service is available every 10 minutes to reach the town centre or the beach.

A 1 minute walk from the port of Sables d'Olonne and its bars, restaurants.



5 minutes' walk from the main beach and town centre.



15 minutes' walk from Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF railway station.



A perfect location to discover the Sands on foot or by bike!

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🕘 Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation

👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
