A large mezzanine converted into a relaxing lounge area with a TV, also equipped with a double bed, ideal for an additional sleeping area.

On arrival, the beds will be prepared to offer you a comfortable welcome and ready to fully enjoy your holiday.

- 1 roll of paper towels,
- a sponge and dishwashing liquid,
- dishwasher tablets,

Arrivals and departures are provided by our concierge service with in-person reception.
Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm (arrival time to be confirmed with the Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am (time to be confirmed 24 hours before your departure).
Check-out will be available in the accommodation and will be reminded by the concierge when organising your departure.

Located in Montauroux, a charming hilltop village in the Var, the villa benefits from a privileged natural environment, between hills, forests and lake.

Just a 15-minute walk away, a hiking trail accessible near the house leads you directly to the beautiful Lake of Saint-Cassien. A pleasant walk in the heart of nature, ideal for the family, to reach the shores of the lake without taking the car.
