The other balcony with a view of the Kitzbüheler Alpen invites you to sunbathe when the weather is nice. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and underfloor heating, even the bathroom mirror is heated and no longer steams up.
You have a new dishwasher in the kitchen, so you have time for other things. An induction cooker with a touch screen will remind you of home. Bar stools at the kitchen counter invite you to a cozy get-together. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen, where you can spend a nice TV evening on a spacious sofa bed with a large Smart TV.
The apartment has a fast WiFi connection and 10 USB ports.
The wifi-controlled smart home supports heating regulation and the keyless entry.
The bedroom has a four meter wide built-in closet where you can easily stow all your winter clothes without having to live out of the suitcases. A large flat screen invites you to cuddle up on long winter nights.

A baby bed is also available. In the bedroom, the pictures speak for themselves.

In the basement there is a ski room and a drying room with a washing machine.

The ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you are already one stop away in the Kitzbühel ski area.
Ski safaris can be organized from here and the ski bus is also included in the ski pass.
Or you drive to the Gaisberg in Kirchberg which is suitable for beginners.
Night tobogganing is also offered there every week.
Behind the house you can walk along the river to Kirchberg in summer or explore the mountains by bike.

The golf course is located between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel on the beautiful Schwarzsee and is 10 minutes away by car.
Numerous restaurants and country inns can be reached within a few minutes by car.
And even to the Sonnenbergstuben “the world-famous Rosi” it is only 20 minutes.
