A village within a village ? consisting of several, high-quality thatched-roof houses with exclusive furnishings and lovingly landscaped grounds.

In this semi-detached house you will find a sauna room with shower and rest area, ideal for relaxing. The high-quality furnished living room with open kitchen has a fireplace. From the living room you can access the spacious covered terrace with windbreak and gas grill. Here you can spend sunny hours.

Even a beach chair is ready for you here, so you can enjoy the last sun rays of the day in the wind-protected beach chair. For your bicycles there is a shed ready, where you can also find a handcart that you can use.

Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Zierow ? the main village of the Poeler Drift district has a lot to offer: a tourist info with bistro and bread sales, numerous smaller localities on the beach, a milk filling station as well as a horse farm. Near the fine sandy beach, the public part of a five-star campsite offers a petting enclosure, a children's playground and an outdoor fitness area. In case of rain, an indoor pool can be used.

In a few minutes you can reach Wismar's district Wendorf with a large shopping center. A few minutes further you are already at the harbor of the world heritage city with all its tourist attractions.
In about 40 minutes you can reach Rostock, Lübeck or Schwerin via the highway. Further information is available in a detailed folder in the house.

Gerne beser

Gutes Haus wie alle in der Anlage, aber ungepflegt. Aussenanlagen verwildert und lieblos, Esssttühle Bezüge zerfetzt, Polsteraulagen verdreckt und kaputt. Das Haus wird als Gelddruckmaschine genutzt.

Tolle Umgebung aber Haus und Garten etwas vernachlässigt

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll, mit Nähe zum Strand und Wismar. Das Haus entspricht den Bilder, jedoch war es nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt und der Garten war sehr vernachlässigt (Grass war seit Wochen nicht gemäht) und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Auch die Terasse und die Terassenmöbel mussten von uns erst gereinigt werden und der Grill kann nur auf Kaution verwendet werden was nicht in der Beschreibung stand.
