Our agency, A.T.S. Conciergerie, presents this charming 32 m² mini villa with a 10 m² terrace, suitable for 4 to 5 people, offering a peaceful setting for a successful stay. Our concierge service is available should you need anything during your stay.

## Neighborhood
It is located in a *** semi-pedestrian residence with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean park, heated swimming pool from April to October with children's beach, mini golf, playground, and pétanque.
A bakery service (pastries) is available every morning from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfast in the residence parking lot during high season.
Cupabia Beach, classified as a Natura 2000 site, with its fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot for the more athletic via a marked trail.
Restaurants are located just outside the residence.
Shops, restaurants, and water sports are a 5-minute drive away (Porto Pollo).

## Accommodation
Pets are accepted for an additional fee of €11/night if they are respectful of the accommodation and clean.
The villa comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a hallway leading to:
=> a fitted and equipped kitchen with a window (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven hood, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
=> a spacious bedroom with a window overlooking the gardens, a 140x190 double bed, bedside table and closet (possibility of adding a baby cot or 90x190 folding bed for a 5th person).
=> A living room with several views of the terrace and gardens, comprising a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, coffee table, dining table, chairs, and large closet.
=> A shower room with a spacious walk-in shower, towel dryer, sink unit with mirror, and hair dryer.
=> A separate toilet.
=> A terrace shaded by a pergola where you can relax in the garden furniture and enjoy your meals at the table and chairs, as well as deck chairs, a plancha grill, etc.

Entry is via a key box system.
Free parking at the entrance to the residence.

## Notes
Bed linen and towels included in the reservation.
A digital guidebook in mobile format will be available in the living room, providing information on outings, activities, practical information, and must-see places.
Minimum rental period of 5 consecutive days.

## Transportation
Arrival by plane from Ajaccio, 1 hour by car, or by ferry to Propriano, 30 minutes by car.
