About this property
Treehouse cabin-unique stay-convenient location yet very secluded atmosphere
The most unique stay in the Springfield area! The cabin is set 25ft up in the trees overlooking the James River below, conveniently located off S. Campbell between Springfield and Nixa. Super convenient location yet very secluded. Cabin offers a King suite with a kitchenette, large "outdoor" shower...OK, wait, no worries, the shower is technically INSIDE, but is actually set on the deck with access only from the cabin. The treehouse is accessible via a short yet steep boardwalk which takes you to your treehouse in the woods! 5 minute drive to Bass Pro, 35 minutes to Branson, dining and attractions close by yet steps away from total wilderness

Loved it! The treehouse was definitely unique. Very clean and close to town. The only issue I might have is the loud music from the lounge. I am used to being in the middle of nowhere, so the music probably wouldn’t bother most people.
We loved your property so much. It is a great get away. Close enough to restaurants and town that it is very easy to get around. We loved the feeling of being in the woods and the privacy. We will definitely be back.
My husband and I loved this property. The property manager was very accessible and helpful. The extra small touches they had in place showed they really cared that we enjoyed ourselves. It was beautiful, clean, and extremely easy to find. Would definitely recommend!
What can say more that amazing!! And close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. The only recommendation that I do have is a bug zapper. The bugs were overwhelming. The citronella candle was not enough to keep them away!
The listing is exactly as described.
The cabin is absolutely adorable. It is comfortable, clean and inviting. Exploring the property is a must! We hiked and explored and were so glad we did. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The location is right off the highway which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars (the noise isn't a game changer just hard to block out at times).
We enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you for being great hosts!!
We love the cabin in the sky concept! The cabin was beautiful and well crafted! The host was more than accommodating! When I read the description I actually thought we had to share a bathroom that was outside but that was not the case that was one of the best parts of the cabin!! It was a gorgeous shower big enough to hold 10 people if you wanted to. There was a lot of love put into the creation of the cabins and boardwalk. We felt very comfortable. I gave it a 4 star for 2 reasons. One I actually thought it was a tree house, built-in a tree when I read the description, but that was not the case, It is a cabin set high in the trees. It did have an absolutely gorgeous view of the river below with places to explore. The other downside was the noise from the traffic I couldn't quite tune it out when trying to relax on the deck drinking my morning coffee. We would stay again except next time we would stay for more than one night so we would have an opportunity to go explore the area more. We did like the idea that it was close to that Bass Pro shop shop as that was part of our planned visit.
Loved the treehouse and was very comfortable and clean. The shower was awesome! Great location close to everything a big town offers but a secluded backwoods feel.
We had a lovely time! The only thing I would suggest is possibly a bedside lamp on the night stand. And please label the body wash and shampoo receptacles. Thanks for the wine!
We had a great night. The property is new and very clean. The shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Welcome to Affiniity on the River! We started our adventure with Affinity Riverside Estate, the venue on the Hill above the cabins. When we were able to purchase the riverfront property beteen the venue and river, we considered bulding a house for ourselves but decided the property was just too amazing not to share with you! Come and visit, take a hike by the river, enjoy a glass of wine on the deck, and see what Affinity on the River is all about!
