This charming apartment on the first floor offers everything you need for a relaxed stay for two on 45 m². It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and window, as well as a living and dining area with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, and extractor hood.
The covered terrace with access to the garden invites you to have breakfast outdoors or enjoy relaxed evenings. Air conditioning, SAT-TV and WiFi are available free of charge. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
The apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area - ideal for unwinding. Pebble beaches are within walking distance, as are shopping opportunities and the town centre.
A small pet is welcome after prior consultation - a fee of 10 € per day will be charged (as of 2025).
Included in the price are bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax and all ancillary costs.

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und das Dorf, Stivan, ist sehr nett
Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und das Dorf, Stivan, ist sehr nett. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand ganz in der Nähe. Süsse, kleine Terasse.
Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären toll gewesen, da man durchgehend auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen war und die Fenster selten aufmachen konnte aufgrund vieler Insekten. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein und es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit.
