- A shower room with shower, WC and laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer)

First floor:
- A television on the landing
- Bedroom 1: two single beds forming a king-size double bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with sea view
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
