Nice home sweet home

The house was located in a great neighborhood, with a pool nearby. The home itself was in good condition but lacked a few items to make the stay more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were nice.

Enjoyable stay

Property location was great for our needs. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores as well as golf courses. Property manager was responsive to our requests/concerns.

Great stay

This property was great. It is located near shopping and only a short drive to local parks. The home was clean and ready when we arrived. The blind on the sliding door was broken. It was reported but never fixed. A couple of the outlet covers in the kitchen are very loose but didn’t cause a problem. The pots and pans need replaced desperately! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

AZ stay

Great home. Surprisingly spacious bedroom and bathroom space. Only drawback was not having the ability to watch College tournament basketball in the evening due to minimal stations on TV (no direct or dish TV). Would definitely look into this location when we return to AZ.

I would give this property 5 stars but the overall rating is 4 since communication with the property owner is delayed or non existent. No information was given about check in procedures until we reached out several times. You will get an answering service for any questions or request once you have checked in. Your best bet is to message the host and hope for a reply. Still waiting on a reply post check out. Also, there are some electrical issues with circuits constantly tripping. You will have to go outside and reset the breaker if you know how to do that. Overall a very nice property but communication with the host is severely lacking.
