Wonderful Holiday

We loved the house and location. The pool was nice to sit by but cold which we knew was the case. The only thing missing was extra blankets for the beds which we needed the first few nights as it was cooler and we didn’t want to turn on the heat. Matthew was always available and helpful in answering all our requests and made a special effort when we forgot our iPads as we were leaving to notify us and made every effort to get them back to us, which he did.

Our 50/50 stay in Gilbert

Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfortable beds and linens! Close to everything you could possibly need. The walking/running trail was right there, so it was nice to get out and do that everyday! The pool is good for a cold plunge, but not friendly to swim in. That was very disappointing. The towels are rough and it is really close to the interstate, so lots of road noise. For some reason the neighbor chose to vacuum or do something like that for 6 hours so it got annoying being out on the veranda trying to do business work and enjoy the beautiful weather. We also had no response from the property manager. Overall, the pros and cons are even. We would return if the pool could be warm enough to swim in, but will likely look for another place next year.
