The open concept design and natural light create a bright and airy space, perfect for relaxing after a long day. With a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer, you`ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Business travelers will appreciate the separate office space. Families and groups can comfortably sleep 2-6 people with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 daybed with a trundle bed.

The condo itself is really clean and well cared for. The extra desk space is really nice to have. Overall such a spacious unit with everyting you would need! The hosts are lovely and great with communication. The location is really nice - near restuarants and a park.

Amazing Place

Beautiful place. Clean, very large for our group of 5, owner provided a ton of stuff like soaps and paper towels, ect, owner communication was great. Loved our stay 10/10. Things to note. It has a lot of stairs to get to unit so my 85 yo dad struggled. He made it always, but just be aware of stairs. Also it’s on a busy street so some noise but all the pros blow away the cons.It’s a great place. Highly recommend.

Home away from Home

This apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, central AC and had everything you could think of for your stay. It was a good location for everywhere we wanted to go, and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment was perfect size for our party of 6. I cant say enough about our hosts, they were on top of every detail and graciously accomodating. I would definitely recommend this rental.

A lovely stay

We loved Carolyn and Anthony's place and hope to return again and again. The unit is bright, well-maintained, and spacious. If you are looking to work from the unit there are two separate desk areas. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. Great commuicaiton at every stage. Very convenient location to Clark University, great restaurants, and a grocery store.

This attic apartment offers a lot of space. It is bright, modern, well-equipped and very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet with two parks nearby. We appreciated the separate room with writing desk and printer for an efficient "workation". The owner is very responsive, too. Highly recommended.

This was the most thoughtful Host we have experienced. This condo came with so many complimentary items in case you forgot to bring them. They thought of everything! It was also very comfortable and spacious. The beds were great. Kitchen was large. We were dropping our son off at college cross country and wanted a comfortable place to get adjusted. We picked well.

Spacious, lovely condo in Worcester, MA

Our party of 4 (2 sisters/friend/daughter) spent a long weekend in Worcester and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a house that has gorgeous stained glass windows, original banisters, etc. The condo is on the 3rd floor and includes landings but may be challenging for those who have trouble with stairs. The condo itself is modern, clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches. There is a designated parking space behind the house. The location is wonderful - within easy walking distance of a park, which was busy all weekend with events that we enjoyed. Lots of joggers, families out walking with their children, dogs, etc. Hosts are kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Long weekend in Boston suburbs

This was a very spacious, comfortable, well-equipped place to spend several days (or more if needed). The check-in/out process and host communications were excellent, the property was in the condition pictured, and the location was 3 blocks from a full grocery store and a short walk to a public park. The neighborhood is in an historic district with attractive homes and sidewalks. The rental unit occupies the entire third floor of a renovated Victorian home. If you cannot easily manage stairs, this is not the place for you as there is a climb both inside and outside the unit. There is also some noise from the street below and heavy traffic during morning rush hour. For city folks, it was nothing remarkable. Whlle we did not use it, there is a playscape in the backyard. There is free, off-street parking as well. Downtown Worcester is a short, direct drive just down the street. There were dining, entertainment, and services options minutes away and nearby access to the interstate highway. The property checked all the boxes for us.

Little Gem in Worcester....

My parents were in town from CA for our daughter's swim meet at WPI. This place was so perfect, I do not want to share it with anyone!! It was within walking distance to the pool/campus. (1/2 mile from the football field side of campus) I could've very well been at home with all the amenities...keurig, spices, high-end appliances, ice maker, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry, q-tips, a fan, charging station, comfy beds...I just can't say enough. There were four adults and one 15 year-old. Our daughter loved the room with the daybed/trundle and the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms. The unit was spacious, inviting, and comfortable. On the ride home, our daughter said she loved staying there instead of a hotel. Anthony and Carolyn were wonderful hosts, they genuinely care about their guests and have put a lot of effort into making their home, your "home away from home"....check-in/check-out were simple. Thank you...we will be back!! :)

Wonderful Home Base for MA road trip

We were on our first family road trip with kiddos, ages 5 and 7. We went through Canada and then VT and NH before arriving at Carolyn's rental and using it as our home base for exploring MA and CT. Communication before/during our stay was excellent. The rental was clean, cozy, and spacious for our family of four after being in the van for so many hours. We stocked up at the grocery store and made great use of the kitchen - love the large island. Elm Park just across the street was a bonus feature for our family. Worcester was a great central location for our day trips to the Eric Carle, Saugus Iron Works, Minute Man, Salem, Plymouth, Old Sturbridge Village, Mystic Seaport, and Ramblewild ropes course. Be aware, that you have to park in the back and walk around to the front of the house before going up to the 3rd floor - we had harder loading ins at other stays but wanted to point it out. The rental has a second floor office area before the main third floor living space. The kiddos loved it for hide and seek. Again - a great fit for our family. The property was exactly as advertised and I had a wonderful stay. The hosts were warm and responsive. I reached out to request a kettle and they provided two options, both new, within hours!Accessibility Note: as mentioned in the listing, there is no elevator. So, this property is best suited for those who are able to walk 50 ft with their luggage and carry it up and down two flights of steps. If that's you, I highly recommend it!

This apartment is amazing!

The apartment is gorgeous! It is so well designed and decorated. The layout is wonderful and everything is immaculate. It has everything you could need from shower caps to sugar, and even a printer! The hosts were fabulous and responsive. We will definitely stay again! An absolute GEM!
