Private: garden 450 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 9 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Parking at the house at 10 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Marie Curie" 2 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 500 m, tennis, indoor tennis centre 750 m, riding stable 15 km. Nearby attractions: Parcours Aventure 250 m, Golf international de Lacanau 2.5 km, Dune du Pilat 60 km, Saint Emilion 80 km, bordeaux 60 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso Krups) extra) with bar. Bath/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, terrace 17 m2, roofed terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Belle maison de vacances

Maison agréable conforme au descriptif et aux photos avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Toutefois, les portes des placards auraient besoin d'un réglage ou d'être changées. Pour avoir la note "excellent " il faudrait rafraîchir les sdb. Le bbq aurait également besoin d'être changé.

La maison est bien située, fonctionnelle et pratique.Les lits sont confortables. En revanche, certaines prestations étaient décevantes au regard du prix de location : piscine peu nettoyée, transats abîmés, pas de panier à linge, pas de sèche cheveux ( mais gentiment prêté par l’agence ☺️), porte d’entrée,du four et porte d’un placard défectueuses.Le Wifi doit être payé en sus. Par contre, l’agence est très réactive, à l’écoute et très accueillante.

Great holiday

This is an excellent villa but you do need a car as the beautiful town, Beach and especially the lake areas are amongst the the best we have ever seen but all a few miles away. Only faults were the cleanliness on arrival, (fridge and toilet were done by us). Pool was plenty large enough for the 7 of us to enjoy if a bit cold for my wife.

Lovely situation and accommodation

Set in beautiful pine forrest with wildlife all about...red squirrels woodpeckers and deer seen on this trip. The house is spacious and there are plenty of glasses plates cutlery etc. The pool is a good size and although not heated we enjoyed using it ( a bit chilly) To be noted is the lack of a hairdryer and also toilet rolls. There are 4 toilets but only one roll in the welcome pack....so suggest you get supplies on the way!
