The apartment opens onto a bright and perfectly optimized living space. You will find an ultra-modern and functional open kitchen, equipped with ceramic hobs and everything necessary to prepare delicious small dishes. The space extends to a friendly dining area and a cozy living room with television.

A sleeping area in the common room with bunk beds (two 90x190 beds).



A double sofa bed (140x190) in the living room for additional guests.

The true asset of the Jardin Marin is its charming 14 m² terrace. Fully equipped with garden furniture, it is the perfect place for your breakfasts in the sun or your aperitifs at the end of the day. During the season (from June 15 to September 15), you will also have access to the community pool of the residence for a refreshing break after the beach. A private parking space is also reserved for you within the residence.

The Demoiselles beach is just a stone's throw away (250 m), but the region is full of treasures to discover:



Nautical Activities: Surfing and Sand Yachting on the Demoiselles Beach.



Entertainment: Atlantic Toboggan and the Beau Land Park amusement park approximately 10 minutes by car.



Nature: Walks on foot or by bike on the Vendean Corniche and discovery of Salt Marshes (6 km away).
