This ground-floor apartment comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with lounge area and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a toilet.

An outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings.

This apartment combines comfort and functionality. It is located in a quiet, pedestrianized, and secure residence.

Parking: Parking is subject to a fee from March 20th to November 11th. Fixed rates are available at the parking meters: €15 per day, €60 per week. Two free parking lots are available at the ends of the village: the Favorite parking lot towards La Couarde-sur-Mer and the Cible parking lot towards the south of the island.

Pets are not allowed.

The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Cleaning is optional: €60.

A proportional tourist tax is extra.
