This beautiful property with a large garden is located on a hill in the small village of Brsecine near Dubrovnik. It is a carefully restored Dalmatian stone house with a beautiful view of the sea and islands. The interior is furnished in a modern and rustic style, stylish and with plenty of natural light. On the first floor are a kitchen, dining and living room and the bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An entertainment room with billiards, table soccer and darts available, while children's play equipment is located on the lawn. The most beautiful part of the house is a pool terrace that offers maximum comfort and privacy and spectacular sunset views. The house is ideal for couples or families with children. Brsecine is a Dalmatian village near Dubrovnik that has many entertaining summer events. A beautiful pebble beach is only 5 minutes away by car.

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie.

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie. Die Lage nahe Dubrovnik und doch ausreichend außerhalb ist optimal, der Blick beim Essen oder Schwimmen über das Meer auf die Inseln traumhaft. Man sollte nur wissen, dass es einen kleinen Bereich des Garten gibt, der von den Eigentümern mit Obst– und Gemüseanbau bewirtschaftet wird. Zu diesem Zweck kam der Eigentümer ab und an, um die Pflanzen zu gießen, wobei sich mancher in seiner Privatsphäre gestört fühlen mag. Für uns war es sehr angenehm, mit dem Eigentümer ins Gespräch zu kommen. Wir haben Empfehlungen erhalten und er hat uns eine Bootstour vermittelt, die wirklich toll war. Außerdem haben wir Tipps für frisches Grillgut und frischen Fisch erhalten. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich ist toll. Der Gastgeber Dean war sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und sogar einen Abend für uns gekocht.
