Featuring tasteful decor & functional design, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 Large Bathroom (Walk in shower), 1 kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Guests enjoy one gated, covered parking space, right by the back door.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests & both bedrooms feature a 65” Roku TV. There is also an outdoor area that is perfect for gatherings.

This newly remodeled ~1,300 sq ft duplex first floor apartment is located in the heart of Houston and offers 2BR & 1BA. We are walking distance from Houston's best restaurants, shops, and sights.

The open-concept living and dining room is tastefully decorated with a modern-chic design and features a fireplace and plenty of natural light.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, classic white cabinets, and white subway tiles.

The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, TVs, and connected to a 3-piece bathroom with newly remodeled vanities and subway tiles.

The outdoor area is covered and decorated with hanging lights, making it suitable for any weather. It features patio furniture, a picnic bench, and a ping pong table.

Pets are welcome, and the house has semi-gated front and back areas for dogs to play in.

Guest access:

The apartment is equipped with state of the art Schlage Encode automated locks for easy and secure access, with the code and visual check-in instructions provided at least 24 hours before arrival.

Our airbnb was absolutely adorable! The decor, the space, the area. I was more than pleased! The communication and kindness of the host/hostess was exceptional! When leaving, I felt I was leaving a vacation home and a bit sad! I would absolutely stay here again with all my future trips to Houston! The only suggestions I would have are more supplies to cook, clean and bake! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Just stayed in this unit for a week while visiting MD Anderson. The host was very helpful and communicative. The property was clean and as described and pictured. Location was excellent and very quiet. Check in and out was simple and the home was very comfortable. Having a pet friendly location was nice and the short walk to the park was helpful with children and our small dog. Loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property for a business trip. The property was not as advertised. It looked like the photos however it was not up to the quality they presented. Upon arrival all of the dishes and utensils were still dirty left in the cabinets as if they were clean and ready to use. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash all of our dishes during our stay. The washer and dryer was also broken so we had to take our clothes to a laundromat several times in order to have clean clothes. The Wi-Fi was also less than reliable so we had to reset the modem several times in order to work. Also the key code locks on the doors are faulty so it would take us several times to finally get into the unit. Lastly they only provided two rolls of toilet paper for two male guests for a two week stay and when I asked for more they told me they would only bring more if we left a 5 star review. I’d say the only good thing about this stay was the location and the communication from the host. If you are looking to stay in Houston and are willing to pay slightly higher than average pricing I would look elsewhere, there are several other units with a better attention to detail and cleanliness.

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry the stay fell short of what you expected. I do want to correct several points for future guests. We have never made toilet paper, or any other basic supply, conditional on a review. There is no message in our correspondence saying that. In fact, you were the first to connect compensation with a review, writing that if we offered a discount you would “gladly leave a 5 star review.” You also reported that the dishwasher and washing machine were not working. Management attempted to arrange access to inspect them during the stay, and after checkout both appliances were tested and confirmed operational. Following checkout, our inspection documented significant property damage and excessive pet-related cleaning, and we subsequently filed a $1,623 property-damage claim supported by photographs and documentation. We take legitimate criticism seriously and work hard to make things right when we fall short. But when serious allegations are made publicly, I believe future guests deserve the complete context.
