Our completely renovated, cozy and stylish "Landhaus Alpenflair" is located directly at the pedestrian zone between Marktplatz and Fuggerpark. Your bakery and various shopping facilities are within a 2-minute walk.
Our ski-enthusiastic winter guests can look forward to the "First Ski School" directly behind the Landhaus.
The "Landhaus Alpenflair" is a holiday apartment with a special, extraordinary flair. Modern architecture combined with wood and natural stone characterizes the ambience.
The house has been completely renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. The whole apartment is equipped with allergy friendly floors and underfloor heating.
Harmonious warm orange and brown tones drag through the whole apartment, ranging from the couch over carpet, curtains, linens to hand towels. Even the pictures are color coordinated. These are woodcuts by the artist Claudia Anders (
In this apartment you will enjoy two double bedrooms, one of them with 2.10m beds, a walk-in closet and flat screen TV - and your apartment has an additional 3. Bedroom with 2m single bed.
Two bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub, provide high-quality equipment such as a natural stone shower tray, as well as granite sinks and rainforest shower for a pleasant luxury.
The open kitchen to the living room is equipped with high-quality and sophisticated amenities, which leave hardly any wishes open. Stylish crockery, glasses and cutlery round out the harmonious image, as does the working surface of granite.
Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, egg cookers are of course included.
A cozy dining area invites you to relax and enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the hotel - but you can also spend the evening in the adjacent living area with generous leather furniture and luxury hi-fi equipment with LCD plasma screen, stereo, CD- and DVD player.
Washing machine and dryer are available upon special agreement.
The apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone, the free access to the house is possible.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
In dem 3 Familienhaus hatten wir die Parterre Wohnung mit Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Als sehr angenehm fanden wir die 2 Bäder. Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit sehr gerne wieder. Sehr angenehm war der Kontakt vor Ort. Hierfür nochmals herzlichen Dank.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen perfekten Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Oberstdorf sehr genossen und sind nach einem anstrengenden aber erfüllenden Tag immer wieder gerne in unser Feriendomizil zurück gekehrt und haben den Tag auf der Terrasse bei einem oder zwei Gläschen Wein ausklingen lassen.
