Or if you are in the mood for a refreshing time, the community outdoor pool will be waiting for you. Another great perk you will have access to is the community hot tub. In the corner of the living room is a well-appointed desk with a monitor, keyboard, and printer. Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen! It has everything you need to prepare tasty meals and snacks for the group, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The Keurig coffee maker is a nice addition, especially for coffee enthusiasts. Right off of the kitchen is a small storage space with a stackable washer/dryer combo, an air fryer, blender, and more. Dine together in the lovely dining area. There is also seating at the breakfast bar.

The main bedroom enjoys partial canal views, a spacious en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and double vanity, and a smart TV for additional entertainment. The guest bedroom has a flatscreen TV with cable. There is another full bathroom in the hall.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
