Bright apartment of 70m2, with large terrace of 20m2 and shared access with the owners to the swimming pool.
Located in the town of Charavines, a 20-minute walk from the lake. Wide choice of water activities (paddle, sailing, canoeing, etc.). A cycle path around the lake and hiking trails from the house complete the choice of activities.

Access to the accommodation is via stairs.

Enjoy moments of relaxation in the living/dining room, open to the kitchen. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) completes the sleeping offer. A wide choice of board games will liven up your days and/or evenings.
Equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils including 1 raclette machine and a party pancake. PGJyPg
The two large bedrooms (15m2 - one with a desk.) each offer a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190.
The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, heated towel rail.
Also available, a bathroom with a large bathtub.
Bath towel rental possible: 5€/person.

The toilet is independent.

The terrace (table and chairs) allows you to enjoy the view while taking the time for lunch, dinner or an aperitif.

Childcare equipment (high chair, cot, bath, changing mat) is available.

A washing machine is available.

Free parking: 3 spaces in a closed courtyard at the foot of the accommodation.

Fenced pool area, with relaxation area (access from 8 am to 6 pm). The pool will be accessible in June, July and August. Access prohibited in the event of a storm. The pool is shared with the owners.

Plenty of storage space in the apartment (cupboards, wardrobes, etc.)
