🏡 Spacious One-Bedroom Apartment Near Poitiers Train Station & Futuroscope

Welcome to my spacious and comfortable apartment, ideally located on the outskirts of Poitiers. The city centre and train station are less than a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city or travel around the region.
The apartment is part of a very quiet house and offers the perfect balance between city convenience and a peaceful countryside atmosphere. Within a short walk, you'll find open fields, a forest and a small river, ideal for relaxing walks and enjoying nature.
The famous Futuroscope theme park is only a 10-minute drive away, and many other local attractions can be reached easily from the apartment.
This is my personal home when I am not away, so it is equipped and furnished for everyday living rather than as a standard rental property. My friendly cat, Nestor, also lives here. He is very affectionate, enjoys the company of guests and is always happy to receive a few cuddles from animal lovers.
Whether you are visiting Poitiers for work, tourism or to discover the region, I hope you will feel at home here. 😊
