Sun filled guest apartment in Water Mill/ Southampton minutes from Flying Point Beach, Parrish Art Museum, Duck Walk Vineyard and Southampton Main Street. Private gated property , convenient parking and large pool. Tennis court available upon request.

Private entrance makes our guest suite the perfect retreat.

Large Pool on beautifully landscaped property. Tennis court is available upon request. Air mattress for kids available.

No pets please. Children require supervision by the pool area for safety please.
