Holiday room IV - Holiday room "Zur Quelle"

Our holiday room IV is located on the second floor, is about 30 square meters and maritime furnished. It has a small entrance hall with dining table, a comfortable, mediterranean furnished living room and bedroom with a two-meter-wide bed and a single bed (0.90 x 2 m), a small kitchenette and a very nice, larger bathroom with bathtub, WC and hair dryer.

The Hansestadt Stralsund is located in the middle of the island paradise of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommerschen Boddenküste. Our holiday rooms are centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the town center. There is also a direct bus connection. The house was modernized in 2009. Parking spaces are available in the side streets. There is also a lockable bicycle storage for our guests. The nearest shops (net market and plus market) are 3 minutes away.

Gut gelegen aber nicht sauber

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen nicht weit vom Hafen und der Innenstadt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind ausreichend. Allerdings lies die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schimmel an den Fenstern, kaputte Wasserhähne im Bad und Küchenzeile und nur oberflächlich gesäubert. Der Geruch in dieser Ferienwohnung war nur mit ständigen lüften auszuhalten. Da die Ferienwohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt war es mit offenem Fenster sehr laut. Eine Grundreinigung und Erneuerung kleinerer Dinge würden schon einiges bewirken.

Super Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig oder auch mit Bus gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Da auch das Wetter passte, konnten wir alles super genießen.

Perfekte Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsseltresor, wirklich alles notwendige vor Ort, fußläufige Entfernung zu Bäcker, Supermarkt, Stadtstrand und Innenstadt. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die Wohnung war top sauber und schön eingerichtet, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, durch die Fotos im Inserat hatten wir einen anderen Eindruck. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Der checkin war mit einem schnellen Telefonat fix erledigt.

Preis ok, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, nur leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sauber war sie schon, nur sollte man ein wenig Zeit und Geld in die Räume stecken. Wasserhan gebrochen, Bettgestell zum Teil kaputt, der Boden ist wellig. Die Lage ist eigentlich top, 2min zum Netto und Bäcker, 10min in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Leider liegt das Schlafzimmer zur Straße und da ist bis spät in der Nacht starker Verkehr, es muss auch ein Krankenhaus in der Nähe sein, da pro Tag bestimmt 5-10 Krankenwagen vorbei fahren. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 2 Stock, die Treppe ist mit Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung, sehr schmal und vor allem sehr steil.

Liebevoll eingerichtet

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles für den Urlaub vorhanden. Steile Treppen, deshalb nicht unbedingt für gehbehinderte Menschen. Etwas Straßenlärm früh morgens, da direkt an der Straße. Alles in Allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und würden es auch weiter empfehlen.
