Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem, was wir für ein langes Wochenende (2 Nächte) benötigt haben, ausgestattet. Selbst Insektenschutz ist vorhanden.Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig, der Weg zum Einkaufen oder zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad nur wenge Minuten.Der Gastgeber war bei einer Frage sofort am Telefon und sehr freundlich.

Gesamteindruck war okay. Kinder waren happy während des Aufenthalts. Zu dritt auch ausreichend Platz. ABER als Erwachsener muss ich sagen bin ich enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Das keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden sind, gehört deutlicher hervorgehoben. Als Check in Info kurz vor Ankunft des Gastes ist zu kurzfristig und als Service ungenügend.Die Wohnung, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer hat muffig gerochen. Hier gab es vor kurzem einen Wasserschaden. Vielleicht keine defekte Leitung, aber potentiell von Regeneintritt durchs offene Fenster oder Eintritt an anderer Stelle. Manchmal auch durch schlechte Dämmung etc. Die Wände sehen aus wie als wäre vor kurzem noch Schimmel aus den Ecken und Fugen entfernt und überstrichen worden. Das störte den Comfort erheblich!Das die Matratze das schlechteste war auf dem ich je gelegen habe war dann noch die Krönung. Das Schlafzimmer war selbst den niedrigen Unterkunftspreis nicht wert!Eine Wohnung als besenrein zu verlassen ist okay. Aber unter den Umständen, dass man sich an der Ostsee befindet, für eine Endreinigung bezahlt und nirgends ein Besen zu finden ist, ist eine Frechheit! Ich habe mich genötigt gefühlt den Staubsauger vor Abreise zu nutzen. Das ist in der Theorie kein Problem, aber das Gerät saugte so gut wie ein Laubbläser... gar nicht!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Es ist zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen. Leider ließ die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit viel Luft nach oben. Die Betten sind unsauber, durchgelegen und haben löchrige Matratzenbezüge. In der Küche haben uns zum Beispiel funktionierende Messer und ein Sparschäler gefehlt. Auch die Spülmaschine und der vorhandene Staubsauger könnten Pflege gebrauchen. Generell ist einiges ziemlich abgewohnt/durchgesessen und eine neuere Ausstattung würde der Wohnung sehr gut tun. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Auch eine wohlwollende Entschädigung haben wir bekommen.Dennoch bezweifle ich leider, dass sich nach unserem Aufenthalt etwas zum besseren ändert. Dennoch hatten wir eine gute Zeit an der See.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort, könnten uns aber auch gut einen längeren Aufenthalt vorstellen. Der Ablauf im Vorfeld und die Schlüsselübergabe waren reibungslos. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, erkundigte sich mehrmals, ob alles ok wäre, und bot uns sogar an, später auszuchecken. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit dem wichtigsten Utensilien

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Wustrow. Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen (nahe Bushaltestelle & nahe Supermarkt). Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief gut.

Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend für 4 Personen. Die Sauberkeit der Betten, Matratzen und Matratzenschoner lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Fliesen in der Dusche haben Schimmelstellen. Fußboden war auch nur bedingt sauber.

Komplett und sauber

Eine eher einfache Ferienwohnung, die aber mit allem ausgestattet ist, was wichtig ist. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Alles ist fussläufig innerhalb von max. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Fewo mit Abstrichen

Die zentrale Lage zu Ortskern/Strand/Bodden/Supermarkt ist gut. Der Vermieter war bei Problemen auch telefonisch gut erreichbar. Auf die versprochene Lösung haben wir allerdings vergeblich gewartet. Bei der Ferienwohnung selbst muß man einige Abstriche machen: z.B. steht das Doppelbett in der Ecke seitlich an der Wand, so daß man entweder von der Fußseite oder über die andere Person ins Bett steigen muß. Das Waschbecken im schmalen Innenbad ist mini-klein. Die im Vermietpreis enthaltenen Parkplätze sind viel zu klein, da passt nur ein Auto in der Größe eines Smarts hin. Alternativen gibt es keine legalen, ganz Wustrow ist Parkverbotszone. Derart kleine Flächen als Parkplätze mit zu vermieten, finden wir nicht in Ordnung.

Alles wie erwartet

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wie erwartet. Es gab keinerlei Überraschungen. Der Schnitt der Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut. Ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Fenster (mit Fliegennetz). Wohn-/Essbereich verhältnismäßig großzügig, sodass man sich eigentlich nicht eingeengt fühlt. Bad ist schmal, ja, aber alles in allem ok Wie gesagt, für die paar Tage und uns als 4 köpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern war es vollkommen ausreichend.

Nicht so toll

Die Schlafzimmertür sowie die Badezimmertür waren verzogen, und lies sich nur sehr schwer schließen. Die Dusche war arg verschimmelt, und das Waschbecken nicht sauber. Ansonsten wars ganz ok
