About this property
Lake View cottage, secluded, quiet, total remodel, 3 king beds
DESCRIPTION:
Lakeview Cottage
We have been in the nightly rental business for 20 years and we know how to equip our places to make our guests feel at home. We have completely remodeled this home. It is 1400 sq feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen completely furnished with everything you will need but food, and a dinning table that will comfortably seat six people. Each bedroom has a king bed for your comfort. We have 3 Smart flat screen TVs with wifi, Toys for the kids, games for the adults, and a pac n play for the baby. We have a washer/dryer with detergent furnished and all linens are provided. You can enjoy the view of the lake from inside the house or outside on the deck. We have a huge fire pit that is shared with another cabin that we also own. We have patio table and chairs, charcoal grill, and a firepit.
How do we describe the Lakeview Cottage? Secluded, Peaceful, Serene, Scenic, Quiet, Beautiful, Amazing view, and more. The house is on the side of a mountain, with a large deck overlooking Fort Gibson Lake. When you stay here you will likely see Bald Eagles, White Tail Deer, and a variety of other wildlife. It is about one hundred yards to the lake, but you need good knees and a strong heart to make the hike to the Lake. You can hike to the lake and fish, and you will have a whole mountain you can explore. Wahoo Bay and Sequoya are only two miles away where you can put you boat or jet skis in the water. However, you will not be able to park your trailer at the cabin. There are several marinas in the area where you can rent Pontoons or jet skis. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee where you will find Wal Mart and many national franchise restaurants at either town.
This is the perfect place to spend a few days fishing, boating, exploring, or just enjoying the solitude and peacefulness of this beautiful home. There is a sharp narrow corner that makes it nearly impossible to bring a trailer.
We have another beautiful log cabin right next to this house. You can see it on vrbo with a headline "Beautiful, Majestic Log Cabin Large Game Room and Lake View"

About the host
Hosted by LARRY d LICHLYTER

We started with nightly rental in 2003 before Airbnb existed. We started with a condo in Branson and worked up to 8 log cabins in Branson. We didn't go to any rental seminars to learn the business. We knew how we wanted to be treated and have always treated our guests like our place was indead their "home away from home". We have stayed in rentals where we had to go to Wal Mart and spend a couple hundred dollars just for the basics. Here is some of the things we decided should be in you home when you arrive. Coffee and filters, kleenex, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, zip loc bags, aluminum foil, note pads, sharpees, salt and pepper, and more. We like to say we furnish everything but food. We currently have 4 log cabins in Branson and 3 Lake Homes on Fort Gibson Lake, Oklahoma. Many of our guest consistently return time after time. Once you stay with us you don't need to look any further. Thank you for considering our place.
