About this property

Welcome to the new Coastal Lodge! Located in Port A's "Old Town", it is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and is in the "golf cart zone".

Unit B is a spacious 1 BR/1 BA bungalow that is perfect for your next beach retreat or fishing trip. It features a large living/dining area with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a patio to relax, wireless internet and smart televisions.

When you enter, you're greeted with an open-concept living/dining/kitchen with plenty of room to take in a movie, play games, or cook the catch of the day. Off the main area is the roomy private bedroom with a queen bed, smart television, and plenty of storage. Next to the bedroom is the full bath with tub/shower combination, a linen closet, and a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find one reserved parking space and shared green space for your kids or dog. The central location allows you to take a spin around town in a golf cart, spend the day fishing, or relax at the beach. Whatever your plan, the Coastal Lodge is the perfect place for your island getaway!

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 1 dog with a total weight under 50 lbs. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed and age of the dog. We also charge a cleaning fee of $50 for the entire stay. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

If you have a larger group, consider renting other units on the property. We are pleased to offer a 2BR/1 BA (Unit A) that sleeps 5, a 4 BR/2 BA that sleeps 9 (Unit C), and a 2 BR/ 1.5 BA house with a bonus room at the back of the property (Troy's Retreat). Please contact us for details or to rent multiple units!

The Coastal Lodge is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the buildings. Guests may smoke outside as long as smoke does not enter the building and guests clean up after themselves.

Hidden gem

Property is cute, clean, quiet and a hidden gem. We enjoyed our stay and the property was a perfect size for our family of 3. The beach is super close as well as town. The bed and pull out sofa bed were not very comfy but not upset about it. Overall this property is great.

Quiet Lodge In Old Town

Lodge home was very well stocked (blender, drink mixer, and even a BBQ grill). Is situated between two other houses so there is no view, but the beach is only blocks away. No beach stuff provided so bring your own (or buy at The Islander souvenir shop nearby). Host was very responsive when we had a water pressure issue; went right to City Utilities and had it fixed in just a couple of hours.

Wonderful stay in a great location!

Very clean and well kept rental. It was quiet as we visited mid-week and there were other occupants on either side of us. Only complaint was the replacement toilet paper was 1-ply. Overall great experience. Would stay again.

Not too pleasant.

Property was okay. Unfortunately we did not have a good stay as our neighbors next door were very loud to almost 5AM. We could not sleep. I contacted the property owner about the incident. She was very understandable and assured us it will not happen again.

Cute place!!

This cute little place was perfect for my family of 4!! Great location and not far from the beach. Parking is a bit difficult, but only if you can’t parallel park lol but no big deal. Had everything we needed in the condo and the washer and dryer was a HUGE plus!! We loved this place!! We will DEFINITELY book here again!! Thank you!!
