Looking for a fabulous beach getaway in a fantastic location?
This is a family and dog-friendly townhouse in the 300 Ocean Mile, a beach-side community located on the east end of the island, adjacent to the St. George Island State Park.
Only steps away from St George Island's fabulous beach, this wonderful location offers the best of the Forgotten Coast. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the balconies, and the access to community charcoal grills, a picnic area with tables and loungers and two community swimming pools. The townhouse is a short drive from the centre of town, within walking distance of the State Park, and close to the Island bike path, where you can explore the length of the island on foot or by bicycle.

We had a great time staying at this condo! Maria was wonderful. She answered every question I had quickly and asked if things were to our liking from the very beginning. The beach Items they keep there were very handy and we didn't need to take up space packing them in our car bringing our own.

Definitely Paradise!

This was our second stay at Beach Paradise, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, with views of the gulf from the front and the back of the condo. Maria is the perfect host, addressing the couple of minor issues in a very timely way. We enjoyed our month in this lovely accommodation and are looking forward to our next visit.

Great 1st visit in SGI

We had a great trip and really enjoyed the peaceful serenity of St George Island. The condo was nice, updated and had everything we needed! Maria was a pleasure to work with and very prompt with her replies. Definitely hope to stay here again!

Ocean Mile Gem

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is perfectly placed by the pool with views of the Gulf from the decks. There is easy access to the beach by the boardwalk. Having access to the Amazon TV Fire stick was great. After fun days of playing on the beach, we enjoyed family movie nights. The Hosts are fantastic and easy to communicate with, though it was not even necessary. Go ahead and book this property and enjoy your time on SGI.

Nice condo great location

Maria was very easy to communicate with and our week in her condo was perfect! We love SGI and 300 Ocean Mile. This unit is very big and we were pleased with its comfort and roominess!! Only thing I’d suggest is an addition of a love seat. Our group was only 2 couples but if the 3rd bedroom was occupied with another couple they’d have had no place in the living room to sit. Otherwise 5stars!!

Lovely, spacious townhome steps from a quiet beach

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at this townhome on St. George Island! Maria was wonderful about checking in to make sure all was going well. Everything was perfect! The townhome was MUCH larger than I expected. There was plenty of room for my husband and me, our three teens, and our two small dogs. My daughter loved that she had her own bathroom and shower so that she didn't have to share with the boys. Maria made sure that the townhome had everything we needed, including some extra beach towels, a canopy for the beach, some boogie boards, and even a nice wagon to haul everything the short distance down to the beach! The location couldn't have been better! The beach wasn't crowded at all, and it was an easy walk or bike ride to the state park. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular, and we loved our many dolphin sightings! I was lucky enough early one morning to get to see sea turtle tracks leading to a new nest in the dunes and then back out to the water. Some ladies had already arrived to rope off the nest. Such a cool experience! Overall, it was a much needed week of slowing down and spending time together on the gorgeous beach, riding bikes to explore the island, and enjoying some yummy fresh seafood! Thanks, Maria, for sharing your lovely townhome with us!

The townhouse was wonderful in every way! Peaceful location, beautiful views, incredibly easy walk to the beach and also the state park. Short drive into town for restaurants and shops. The communication from Maria before and during the trip was very timely and thoughtful. All of the beach gear she had (chairs, umbrellas, even boogie boards) was in great shape and came in handy for our family. Tons of puzzles and books in the house too if you have a rainy day - we left our fish puzzle too! I'd book again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous Fallbreak

We have been coming to SGI for many years and have stayed at 300 Ocean Mile several times. Beach Paradise was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach toys, wagon, and umbrella were super helpful and meant we didn’t have to pack as much. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier. Maria checked on us to make sure we arrived ok and that we had what we needed. We highly recommend you consider this townhome for your visit to SGI.

Lovely Home & Hosts

Our family of 4 stayed over fall break and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious and an easy walk to the pool and beach. The host went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

SGI Fishing Trip

Had guys down to SGI/Aplachicola for some inshore fishing. Perfect place for our stay with great view of the ocean and community pool. Good kitchen setup for evening meals and plenty of room. The deck over looking the ocean was perfect as it was in the shade about 2:00 pm which made for great relaxing. Would definitely stay again and the host, Maria was very attentive.

Wonderful week at Ocean Mile

This booking surpassed our expectations in most every way. Communication with Maria was excellent from the start and helpful throughout. The property was in top shape, clean, well appointed, and lots of beach accessories that added to our enjoyment. I appreciate the proximity to the State Park, where we enjoyed walks and bike rides. My family and I have visited Ocean Mile on several occasions and I'd have to rate this stay at the top.

Spacious townhouse with pool! Very short walk to beach!

We really enjoyed our week in SGI. This townhome was spacious, having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. I loved the very close proximity to the pool and beach. Although 300 Ocean Mile is an older community, it is well kept and in a great location near the state park. Our host, Maria, was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. I appreciated that very much. The townhome was very comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved it!

This property was in the perfect location. Steps from the beach, quiet part of the island and a lot of friendly guests in the complex. Also, it’s dog friendly which was great for us. The unit was perfect with the family upstairs and my husband and I on the main floor. The owner was very attentive to our needs, too. She was great.

beach paradise

I loved the location of this very nice condo....easy, short walk to the beach. Short drive to shops and restaurants. There was a problem with the tv in the living room. The property manager was quick to address my concerns and offered advice, etc. When that didn't work, she sent housekeeper to check it out, when that didn't work she got the cable company to out right away. Needed a new remote (not just a battery issue)....all was well in a very short period of time! I would definitely stay here again.

Large 3 bd 3 bath condo on the beach! Dog was welcome. Everything worked in condo. Very friendly neighbors who suggested places to go eat.
