Large, quiet country house with terrace, swimming pool and wooded garden

The house is an old house renovated over the last ten years, warm with its stone walls and wooden beams. It develops on two levels with a level access.
Although the façade has not yet been restored, the veranda at the back opens onto the swimming pool embedded in a large terrace which itself overlooks a huge garden with trees.
It is located in a small hamlet of three houses near a pond and a seigniorial dwelling.
The rural environment and the bocage landscape characteristic of the west of France offer a particularly quiet living environment. The many small roads allow you to walk safely in the heart of the future regional natural park of Gâtine.
The house is located a few hundred metres from the village and 5 km from the nearest town: Parthenay and its beautiful medieval centre. Many festivals take place there, including the FLIP (Parthenay International Gaming Festival) in July, one of the largest game festivals in France.
We are about an hour from Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin and the Zoodyssée animal park, an hour and a half from La Rochelle and therefore from the sea.
Be careful, the proximity of the neighbors requires that the tranquility of the place be respected. In other words, the house cannot be a place for friends to party. The use of the swimming pool in particular must be done in peace.
