There is 1 double room on the top floor with the airconditionner and with sea views and exit to large terrace .. Spacious living room with large windows facing the sea and exit to the terrace, presided over by elegant white columns. The kitchen, gourmet and with ample sea views, is fully equipped with first class appliances and annexed service area. The property has an outdoor area to comfortably park 2 vehicles. There is an indoor parking space. On the ground floor there is a double apartment with separate bathroom, this apartment has direct access to the garden and the pool. The apartment has no air conditionning, but fun. The house has two swimming pools: one outdoor and with spectacular views of the sea, and another small heated pool, which is part of the gymnasium room, with numerous machines for weight training and cardio. The Torredembarra Yacht Club and the best restaurants, as well as its award-winning beach are within walking distance of the villa.
