In our residence you'll spend your days resting and relaxing. Live a carefree holiday, relaxing in the garden of the residence or in the large solarium of the swimming pool complex with Jacuzzi. Wrapped in the natural atmosphere of the Gargano National Park, Residence del Gargano, with its traditional farmhouse style, is surrounded by ancient olive trees and fruit trees, which alternate one after another in the various gardens of the property, offering an enchanting, comfortable and relaxing environment for guests, in harmony with the surrounding area.

The recently-built little villas have a sophisticated country-style décor with independent entrance on the ground floor; this units can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The villas consist of a living room with with kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed, bathroom with shower, hydro-massage, hair dryer.  Amenities available: flat screen satellite TV, air-conditioning, safe box, phone in bathroom, cot and high chair on request, well-equipped covered outdoor veranda, and a garden (120 q.m.) with barbecue.


These apartments, situated near the sea of the Gargano area, and at the same time not far from the lively heart of the town, make the Residence Vieste an ideal solution for all types of holidaymakers. Thanks to its strategic location, within the Gargano National Park, Residence Vieste makes an excellent starting point for excursions like hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking. In addition, our residence has an agreement with a nearby riding school that offers riding tours on horseback into the woods of the Gargano area, and with an agency for Jeep and Quad tours to discover the Gargano and the Foresta Umbra via exciting trips. Furthermore, from the port of Vieste, which is just a ten minutes' drive from the residence, you can take boat trips to: the sea caves of Vieste; various resorts all along the south coast, from Vieste to Mattina (Bay of Zagare); or the Tremiti Islands of the Gargano area. The more adventurous can hire a boat and enjoy the coast and caves of the Gargano in complete freedom.

Included in the price: a parking space, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, satellite TV, a private 120 sqm garden with barbecue and sun loungers, safe and hairdryer in the apartment, covered outdoor veranda with tables and chairs, use of the pool with children's pool and whirlpool, common washing machines, free bicycles, free Wi-Fi in the pool and bar area, 2 children's playgrounds.

Not included in the price:

Bed linen and towels: on request, €14.00 per person;
Final cleaning: €65.00 - Excluding kitchenette.
Mandatory tourist tax to be paid on site: €2.50 per adult per day. Children under 14 are free.
Small pets (maximum two): €50/animal/week. Leash is required and not allowed in the bar, restaurant, pizzeria, and pool. Mandatory vaccination certificate.
"Happy Family" breakfast service: €9.00/person/day, children up to 10 years €6.00.
Pizzeria, bar, farmhouse restaurant with à la carte menu - no reservation required. Every morning at the pool bar of the residence, you can order bread, sandwiches, newspapers, and more.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
