Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 7x5 m swimming pool (unheated), open from 15 June to 30 September between 10am and 11.30am and 2.30pm and 5pm. Outside these times, owners may use the pool.
