About this property

The location of our Carriage House is perfect. It is private apartment on our property (guest house) in a beautiful quite neighborhood. However, we are in the one of the most sought out places in Louisville called the "Highlands" We are walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, cute little shops and breweries. We are walking distance to Bellarmine college, parks and even the Zoo. However, we are the perfect distance away from the noise and nightlife that comes with Bardstown Rd. We are in the best of both worlds. We are 5 to 7 mins from the airport and the convention center and about 10 mins from the YUM center, Churchill Downs and downtown. Perfect place to stay for a family or anyone looking to be close to everything but yet feel safe.

Nice, cozy 2 bed, 2 bath unit. Clean, nicely furnished and everything we needed in a friendly neighborhood. We'd stay here again!

Highlands getaway

Great location- quiet neighborhood, short drive to downtown and restaurants. We stayed in the upstairs unit. Be aware that the stairs are steep- not an issue for us, but would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Unit was clean, comfortable, well furnished. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!
