Holiday park- Scout - Two Bedroom Resort, Sleeps 4

Waldbrunn is a cozy village with a rural atmosphere, nationally recognized as a health resort. It is situated between Main and Neckar, in the heart of the Neckar-Odenwald nature reserve. The famous “Castle Route” brings you to a number of interesting discoveries: hidden treasures, secret passageways and mysterious events.
This idyllic holiday resort is situated on the highest mountain (628 m) of the Odenwald ("Katzenbuckel") and has an area of 16 ha. which includes 193 homes for a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. In the central building you’ll find the reception area and a kiosk where you can buy sandwiches, drinks and magazines. You can also use the laundry or rent a bike. Additional facilities include a large playground for children, tennis and soccer facilities and a common area for grilling. Horseback riding and inline skating (in season) are also possible at this versatile family park. All these ingredients help ensure a pleasant stay in the village of Waldbrunn.




This bungalow has a living area of approximately 46 m2. It can accommodate 4 persons. The living room contains a sitting area with a TV (cable). Furthermore, the fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with dining area, a 4-burner stove, fridge, electric oven and coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bungalow has two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed the other with a single bed and a bunk bed.
All accommodations are individual, comfortable and attractively furnished and feature a spacious ground floor with a terrace complete with sufficient garden furniture and a parasol. In winter there is also a (free) sled available.


The house type Scout is for 4 persons, there is a bunk bed in the second bedroom.

Beautiful woods invite you (until late in the spring) for a wonderful hike. In the immediate vicinity you can go gliding, ballooning (in summer) or visit the Castle Festival in Zwingenberg. In winter (when there is sufficient snow) Waldbrunn is the stronghold of ski trails in the Odenwald. Furthermore, there are nice restaurants practically everywhere. These allow you to enjoy delicious local specialties. Within close proximity there are interesting historic cities like Heidelberg, Michelstadt, Mosbach, Eberbach, Miltenberg and Rothenburg. The idyllic Neckartal is the most romantic part of the German “Castle Route”. There are plenty of possibilities for excursions, including a visit to the Wolfsschlucht (Wolf Canyon), the Margarethenschlucht (Margaret Gorge), the caves near Eberstadt, or a cruise on the Neckar River. Of course you can always go back in time at one of the adventurous castles in the area. The village of Waldbrunn has plenty of leisure-time possibilities for everyone. Waldbrunn also has a variety of wellness activities including a spa health club, water aerobics, solarium, sauna and massages.

Optional: cot EUR 10.00 / high chair EUR 5.00. Please bring bed linen and towels with you. Bed linen can also be rented for EUR 10.00 per change and person. Washing machine and drying machine EUR 5.00 each. Only one pet is allowed (on request EUR5.00 per day). The tourist tax according to the currently valid local statutes is EUR 1.00 per person per day (from 18 years).

Included to the rental price:
Cable color television, patio furniture, parasol, car parking space, use of the adventure playground, the football field, the table tennis tables and the inline skating track. In winter, one sleigh is provided per house.
