☆ AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, paper towels & trash can liners. -THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Feel free to bring additional items such as extra towels/blankets/pillows/soap/shampoo/coffee/salt/pepper/cooking spray/water bottles etc

☆ ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

☆ PARKING:
There are two car parking spaces right in front of the property. Additional cars will need to use the paid parking lot across the road

☆THE LOCATION:
We are a three minute walk to the most beautiful beaches ever!! There are plenty of walkable restaurants around and lots within a short drive.

☆INTERNET:
The internet works well and great for WFH or WFV (working from vacation - let's hope not :) You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV

☆OUTDOOR SPACE:
Stock tank pool, deck, outdoor dining space, chairs to relax, grill

☆ BEDS:
2 King, 2 Queen
King bed is in the upstairs loft area and downstairs bedroom
2 Queen beds are upstairs bedroom next to the loft area

☆ KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

☆ SECURITY:
A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front and back of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property

Perfect for some much needed R&R

This was such a fun and unique home. My girls especially loved the spiral staircase. We all loved the beach feel the second we pulled up to the house. The location was perfect! We were walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Although I prefer a quieter beach we thoroughly enjoyed the clear water and easy access to the beach in the evenings when it wasn’t so busy. I would definitely recommend staying in this sweet place. We were very appreciative that Louise was always quick to respond when we reached out to her during our stay.

Amazing

The house is amazing. Clean and has all amenities needed for our stay. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Location is convenient and is close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely use again for our next beach vacation.
