Perfect Size

Cute, almost beach cottage-ish, unit. Great location-access to freeway and downtown Roseville. Quiet. All the amenities needed for a stay. I will definitely stay here again when coming into town.

Nice studio, good location in Roseville

Enjoyed our stay in this nice unit in Roseville. The online listing didn't show many pictures of the bedroom - recommend some be added, the room is great. Didn't really get check-in instructions until I pulled up to the unit and called the owner...would have preferred an email or text sooner. Thanks.

Cozy get away

This property is great for one or two people. It has a nice outdoor area. The manager was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I did half the work myself ( During Covid) Lot of DIY and YouTube videos lol. My daddy was Mr McGiver and I was a daddies girl! I lost everything after taking take of him for his last 3.5 years of life. No regrets, Hard to do, I learned a lot. Then turned and put it ALL into my place! I turned a run down property into a new permitted triplex! It is beautiful and all new now. It keeps me busy and I LOVE IT. Surrounded with amazing neighbors who are all so sweet and Great people. Mixed Young couples and the older gen on there last chapter enjoying life. In front are two HUGE 70 year old orange trees. Pick as many as you like:) Best OJ EVER!

Tiny one way street next to everything.
