Gwel ar mor - Lovely renovated house near the harbour
Summary:
Lovers of old buildings, come and discover this charming, fully renovated house located near the port of Lanildut and which is classified as a 3-star holiday let.
The Space:
Upon entering the house, you arrive in the hallway which leads to the various rooms on the ground floor. This hallway sets the tone for the house: a blend of modernity and old-world charm. You then enter the large living room with its old stonework around the stove, wooden beams, comfortable lounge area and dining area. A charming kitchen also opens onto this living room, where you will find everything you need to cook in any season. From the kitchen, you can return to the entrance hall, which also leads to a separate toilet and a laundry room with a sink and a washer-dryer.
The sleeping area is located upstairs, accessed via a pretty suspended staircase (not suitable for young children). On the first floor, you will find a lovely bedroom with a large wardrobe and a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). The bathroom adjoining this bedroom is equipped with a large shower and a large washbasin. The second bedroom on this floor is a master suite: a large queen-size bed (160x200 cm) as well as a shower and washbasin make up this comfortable bedroom. You will also find a second WC on this floor.
The top floor is more suited to children or teenagers. Here you will find a bedroom with sloping ceilings, equipped with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form either two separate beds or one large double bed. Please note that this floor is accessed via a ladder, so this room is not recommended for young children.
The little extras you won't find anywhere else? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and recommending activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
