The accommodation is composed as follows

Ground floor:
- The house opens onto a beautiful, friendly dining area, ideal for sharing good times with the family

- A shower room with shower and double washbasin
- A separate WC

Downstairs (4 steps) :
- A second shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and direct access to the outside

First floor:
- A third and fourth bedroom, each with two single beds (80) that can be converted into two queen-size beds (160x200)

Outside:
- A large terrace with dining table and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying the warm weather
- An unheated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter
- A gas griddle for outdoor meals

Staying at Villa Gaïa means you're close to Erretegia beach and the local shops.
