Upstairs, a second bedroom with 2 Two joinable twin beds (2x80cm with its own shower and toilet provides a comfortable and private sleeping area.

Outside, a pleasant terrace invites you to enjoy your aperitifs, outdoor dining, and barbecue evenings.
The 5 x 2.5 m swimming pool and its sun loungers perfectly complete this outdoor living space, promising wonderful moments of relaxation in the sun.
You will also benefit from a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, as well as private on-site parking for two cars within the property.
