Cocoonr offers you this charming 38 m² flat to rent in Linguizzetta. It's just 70 m from the beach, has a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 25 m² swimming pool (heated and shared with the condominiums), open from April to October. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are shared with the residence. Open from mid-December to mid-September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- A 9 m² east-facing terrace with dining area to enjoy the warm weather
The flat is ideally located in Linguizzetta, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Several water sports available near the accommodation (snorkelling, kayaking...)
- Hiking trails in the surrounding area
- The archaeological site of Aléria 15 km away
- Tasting of local products
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (free parking).
