The ground floor is the kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and enough cooking and eating utensils and dining area. The living room with sofa set, flat-screen TV and DVD player leads to the large, fully-protected terrace equipped with garden furniture. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. In the 1st. First floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. Also you will find here two bedrooms, one with double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and TV (tube). The terraced property is completely fenced and therefore suitable for small children, your car can be parked directly on the street.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Schön war's !

Das Haus ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts und liegt sehr zentral. Wer gut zu Fuß ist oder Fahrrad fährt, kann vieles ohne Auto erreichen.Es lässt sich auch gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen.Dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Das Haus liegt leicht zurück von der Straße in einer sehr gut erreichbaren Einbahnstraße. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie die nette Einkaufsstraße von Norden. Norddeich ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders die Schränke in den beiden Kinderzimmern. Die Küche mitsamt Esstisch ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für den Urlaub und vom Herd, Backofen über Mikrowelle, Eierkocher und Toaster ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt sogar einen Fön im Badezimmer unten. Ein weiteres Badezimmer befindet sich in der zweiten Etage. Das Wohnzimmer ist recht klein und das Sofa etwas abgeliebt, aber das war der Grund, weshalb ich das Haus mit meinen vier Kindern gemietet habe und nicht eines der stylisches Häuser oder Wohnungen. Es gibt einen Hochstuhl für Babys die sitzen können und einen weiteren für Ki der die sich alleine setzen und aufstehen können. Der Hof ist komplett und hoch eingezäunt. Eine Waschmaschine wäre schön, fehlt aber. Diverse Restaurants sind innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreichbar, ebenso ein Metzger und ein Bäcker.

Tolle Ferien!

Wir haben eine super Woche in Norden verbracht: das Haus ist echt toll, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefüllt. Die Lage ist optimal, die Gegend ruhig. Das einzige was fehlen könnte ist eine Waschmaschine, sonst ist das Haus sehr wohl ausgestattet, alles für Kleinkinder da und die Matratzen sind toll! Wir können nur weiter empfehlen.
