Quiet and central location
The 85 sqm holiday home (with wireless Internet) is located in a quiet residential area - about the same distance from the sea and the historic city center. Shops (baker, combi, Lidl, Aldi, beverage market) and restaurants are about 5 minutes away by bike
House and garden
Our house has a large living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 additional toddler bed, the bathroom with toilet and shower and a clothes dryer are on the upper floor. The stairs have a lockable wooden grille on the upper floor to protect small children.
A wind and view-protected sun terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn (play) area with three swings for the children, terrace with garden furniture, electric grill, 2 bicycles (+1 child seat), a children's bike from 6 years, 1 children's scooter and various children's games.

The parking space is in front of the house.
On request, we can provide additional pillows, blankets and bathrobes. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station.

Tolle und saubere Ferienunterkunft

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Voll ausgestattet, TOP. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten "um die Ecke", ruhige Wohnlage. Ausflugsziele (Norderney, Strand, Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn, Rätsellabyrinth u. v. m) schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Langeoog (30 min) ist eine Reise wert. Alles in allem wie beschrieben mit einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir buchen beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.

Etwas in die Jahre genommen

Eigentlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung, wenn man sie etwas mehr pflegen würde....das Obergeschoss wurde neu mobilisiert aber leider nicht neu gestrichen.....somit ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen....sauber war es aber. Im Garten war ein Baum umgefallen, das Holz lag in zwei Haufen im Garten verteilt wo sich die Bienen sehr wohl fühlten....leider konnte unsere Tochter dann kaum im Garten spielen....nach Aufforderung würde dieses aber sofort beseitigt. Auch der Garten und die Terrasse könnten mehr pflege gebrauchen. Laut nachfrage würde es einen Grill geben...diesen gab es auch aber leider noch im Karton verpackt.....diesen mussten wir erstmal aufbauen....Unsere Kurkarten haben wir erst Montags bekommen obwohl wir schon Freitags angereist sind, somit konnten wir sie die ersten Tage nicht nutzen. Alles in allem Eigentlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung, wenn man sie etwas mehr pflegen würde..... Die lage ist perfekt alles schnell mit dem Rad zu erreichen....Bäcker, Supermärkte, Norddeich Strand

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, wie versprochen. Alles ist sehr gut gelaufen, wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
